Details/ Introduction

It is an electronic innovation and economical solution for the looms such as power looms, rapier looms, warp knitting machines, and terry towel looms with mechanical jacquard machines. This electronic attachment is fixed on the cylinder position of the mechanical jacquard machine. Once it gets synchronized with loom, it electronically senses the pick number of design and as per computerized design, give signals to system to raise or lower warps in desired sequence for weft insertion. This results in desired design on fabric without the need of pattern card lattices as was required in mechanical jacquard.
